First of all is the Halloween 2016 collection, entitled "Haunted Workshop." The three full-sized furry friends include the Night Sky Kitty, Mummy Teddy and my personal favourite, the Bear-O-Lantern. They are just so adorable! I want them all!
Alongside these three we also get the long-awaited return of Build-a-Bear Buddies! They're smaller versions of larger furry friends, in this case, last year's Zombear, Howl-o-ween Werewolf and Black Bat. Unlike the larger versions, these ones don't glow in the dark. But that doesn't stop them from being SO FREAKIN' ADORABLE!!!
The movie "Trolls" is going to be a big hit this year and Build-a-Bear is releasing three furry friends based on the characters in the movie. Poppy, Branch and Guy Diamond each have brushable hair, just like the smaller dolls, as well as custom outfits, accessories and even sounds! Each Troll has a 6-in-1 voice chip or you can add the Anna Kendrick song "Get Back Up Again" to your Troll. There's also fun add-ons, like backpack clips of Poppy, Branch, Guy Diamond and Fuzzbert, a mini Cooper, hair extensions and even a lip gloss wristband!
Doc McStuffins is a show on Disney Junior about a girl who fixes broken toys, and one of her assistants is a little white lamb named Lambie. Build-a-Bear has just released her as a furry friend, with her white woolly fur, her pink face and hooves, and even her little tutu! If that doesn't scream cute I don't know what does! They need to make Stuffy next!
Build-a-Bear's Frozen collection has been out since 2014, and now they're finally redesigning their Anna and Elsa bears. This time, they have updated designs on their paws and ears, a slightly different fur texture and the Anna bear looks completely different. Olaf is still the same but there's a new addition - a Snowgie from Frozen Fever!
It's been a year since Build-a-Bear has released a pony, and out of all ponies, it's Minty from G3! The detailing on her is spot on and they did a great job bringing her into G4. I'm definitely getting her! They need to make Starlight next!
The Me to You bear Tatty Teddy is also coming to BABW and is probably by far the cutest of them all. The grey fur, the blue nose, everything about it just screams cute! Tatty Teddy will be coming out on the 20th October and is definitely going to be part of my collection.
Share Bear from the Care Bears has been in international stores for a while, but they finally released her in the UK and US! Similarly, the UK Exclusive Promise Pets Black Lab is now available in the US!
And finally, here's what I believe is the 2016 Christmas Build a Bear! This white polar bear appeared in a promo for BABW at Gaylord Hotels. It is unknown if he's an exclusive or he's going to be released at all stores. Either way, he's certainly adorable!
